Because all of our items are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns,
exchanges, or cancellations on personalized orders.
We take full responsibility for any error on our part, such as a misspelling, incorrect
design, or sending the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your
order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue—we’ll make it right at no
cost to you.
Unfortunately, no. We rely on the customization details you provide, so we are not
responsible for errors made by the customer. Please double-check all personalization
fields before submitting your order.
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us right away with photos. We’ll
assist in filing a claim and send you a replacement if needed.
Privacy & Custom Content
Yes. We only collect the personal details needed to complete your order—such as your
name, email, address, and any customization details. We never sell or share your
information outside of what’s required to fulfill your order.
Your submitted content is used only to create your personalized item. We do not reuse,
publish, or sell your photos or text. Files are not stored long-term unless needed for
support or order history.
Yes. By submitting any photos, names, or text, you confirm you have full rights to use
that content. NK Handcrafted Gifts is not responsible for any misuse or legal issues
arising from customer-submitted content.
We use secure checkout and trusted service providers to process your orders. While we
take all reasonable precautions, NK Handcrafted Gifts is not liable for unauthorized
access or data breaches beyond our control.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes! All jewelry orders ship for free. Additionally, any order over $100 qualifies for free
shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Please note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
Each product is handmade to order. Our standard production time is 2–3 weeks. Need it
sooner? Contact us before ordering. We may be able to expedite production for an
additional cost.
Standard shipping takes up to 10 business days, depending on your location and the
carrier. If you need your item faster, we offer expedited shipping options for an additional
fee—just reach out to us in advance.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will
be responsible for the re-shipping costs. Please confirm your shipping details carefully.
Yes. By default, multiple items are packaged together. If you’d like each item individually
packaged, just select the appropriate option at checkout.
Absolutely! Select the gift box option at checkout. We’ll wrap your item(s) in elegant
tissue paper and place them in a beautifully personalized box—ready to gift straight
away.
